Armonia: The leaning tower of Jelly

So, because Delphine is also apart of another one of the classes that are asking for assignments, I did this. First off, this was supposed to be a Jelly tower, aka, it's supposed to stand up straight, hence her frustrated look. However, it just wouldn't, so, she 'ran' with it XD.

What is Gelatinization.

Um, well, it's the process of making Jelly. It takes a certain amount of ingredients, such as a starch, I believe, that are placed in water with heat and it eventually thickens.

Well, obviously Jelly like dishes, pies, Apple and Rice pudding and many, many others.

Elaborate
Gelatinization is the process in which sugars or starch is added to water with the presence of heat. So, in order to create delicious dishes (such as my Jelly Tower) you must apply the proper ingredients.
